Internal Error 2738 on Software Install/Uninstall or vbscript error while setup

On Windows 7 64bit System:

Remove the Registry Key: HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\Wow6432Node\CLSID\{B54F3741-5B07-11CF-A4B0-00AA004A55E8}

Register the Library:         regsvr32 vbscript.dll

On WIndows 7 32bit System:

Remove the Registry Key: HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{B54F3741-5B07-11CF-A4B0-00AA004A55E8}

Register the Library:         regsvr32 vbscript.dll
