Add the following line to your vmx file:

bios.bootDelay = „milliseconds“

for example 10000 for a boot delay of 10 seconds!

Problem: The option to always enable SharedFolders is not persistent and gets lost after closing the application.

Solution: Edit C:\Documents and Settings\YOURNAME\Application Data\VMware\preferences.ini

and add the Line:

pref.enableAllSharedFolders = „TRUE“</p> <p> </p> </p>“
