You will see no w3wp.exe process running in task manager.

Add Column „NonPaged Pool“ and „Handles“ to the task manager Process View.

Sort by NP Pool and find out the process with the highest NPPool. 10000K for example is very high. You should restart this process with the appropriate tools.

iisreset  and all will went ok!
